  I deal with Maria Trujillo at least 3-4 times a year for all of my insurance needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly easy to work with. Although she has been in the insurance business for well over 15 years, she has a way to explain things in a way that the every day guy like me can understand. She is one of the few people that I have met that truly puts the customers needs first!

  Words cannot express how much I appreciate Jeff, his office staff and Allstate! During a recent trip to Italy our car was broken into and we were robbed. I remember standing on the side of the road, in the beautiful town of Assisi absolutely heartbroken and terrified. I didn't have the presence of mind to call police (fortunately some people passing by did). But I did know who would help me - so I called Jeff! Not only did he answer but he assured me that although the insurance through the rental car agency might not help me, my homeowners policy had me completely covered. He was calm, reassuring and took charge of the entire claim. We were completely covered for our losses. My family and I were traumatized by the incident but l look back on the experience and know that I was definitely in Good Hands! Thank you Jeff and thank you Allstate. People may go somewhere else and save a couple $ here or there but trust me- - when you need them they are there!
