- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HOW do these people stay in business when it takes 40-80 minutes on HOLD just to reschedule an appointment?!?!? Oh, then be told that they'll cancel it, but then you'll have to make a whole new appointment...thus being put on hold ANOTHER 40 minutes?!?!?! What-the-hell? Seriously, I have an easier time at the DMV and getting a replacement Social Security Card than with this network of people. Good frickin Lord! Oh yea, and when I did make my initial appointment, it was for 6 weeks LATER...thats it. That's the earliest.November 13, 2017by Meagan Wooster
