  I really wish I had good things to say. I know the staff means well but unfortunately that just wasn’t good enough. They are all friendly, but they are never on time (we typically have to wait at least an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen), I’ve had numerous issues with billing, never get calls back when they say they will, and two times now I have had to go back and get more work done on my daughter because they didn’t do what they should have the first time. My daughter had a tiny brown spot on her 2 yr molars when they weren’t even fully grown in. I took her in because I was concerned and the pediatric dentist told me verbatim, “the enamel just never developed because of something you did when she was in the womb.” Never took X-rays it examined the area after I asked him to. Not even 6 months later I brought her back concerned, and they finally decided to do x-rays which revealed that that speck had turned j to a huge cavity which we had to do a root canal on. They don’t let the parent be back with the child so she was already terrified. Then the laughing gas wore off half way through the procedure and I listened to her scream while they rushed through the work. I just took her to a new dentist and she now has an abscess where that root canal is because they didn’t fully clean out the decay and now she has to be on antibiotics and have her molar removed. I am infuriated. It’s just been problem after problem and I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to go here. I have always been very proactive about brushing and her health and for all of this to happen because of lack of attention on the dentists part is just unacceptable. Don’t waste your time.

  Very unprofessional office always over book appointments, came for extraction I understand they can’t do it because tooth was hooked to the bone needs oral surgeon. I had a x-ray on file they still went ahead and did it again, Doctor Ronald was rude I told him did a whole course of antibiotics last week I don’t want to keep taking antibiotics he was like why you are here. I was I guess if you can’t extract it refer me to someone who can he just left horrible experience NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..... Trey who was tried to make me surgery appointment was very nice... without get anything done took 2 hours..

  I love this dental office. My son has been coming here for about 2.5 years. They have always been attentive to his needs. Going beyond the call to always make sure we are well taken care of. The office staff is super friendly which helps to ease that uneasiness that you sometimes get when going to the dentist. Very warm and family oriented environment. I recommend Lovett Baytown for all your dental needs.
