  Waited on the phone for 2 hours. Spoke to two different reps over two days. Was told by the supervisor they would take care of it. Emailed pictures and purchase order and I'd. They says their fax was too busy to deliver my fax. Their rep too busy to check their email. All I wanted was to add a car I just bought. They said they needed the car to be there physically. I couldn't leave to dealership without insurance. Finally I had to bring the sales guy and the car to the insurance place. Waited for 1 hour to be helped bc they only had two computers. Came in at 1;30 left at 2;52pm . It's like they weren't interested in our business and it was a pain to stay open past their close time of 2 pm.
